Let the Festivities commence......

December has to be my most favourite month of the year because not only do I have my presents all wrapped and under the tree ready to go, as a firm we have a different festive occasion to celebrate each week, which I love organising.
Firstly we have our Christmas gifts, these were so popular last year we decided to spread our Christmas cheer the same way and send out Christmas wreaths. This year I even had the great pleasure of hand delivering some of these myself and clients are already sharing photos of them taking pride of place on their doors. Watch this space for next year….
Last week we had our very popular wreath workshop, a time where I can really get the most out of my steps and wander through the fields looking for greenery to forage… one perk of the awful weather on the weekend was that quite a few trees had fallen down making some great greenery for the wreaths, I made full advantage of that and pruning what I can off them although I’m sure my car won’t thank me for this as I am sure there is probably enough greenery to make a few wreaths in there, along with plenty of bugs and spiders!
I wouldn’t change this event as it’s by far my most favourite event, I enjoy how it brings people together, watching the wreaths grow, the different greenery people choose to add, learning how to make a wreath bow and the sense of achievement you feel afterwards when I look at my wreath and think ‘wow, I made that’. Wreath making just wouldn’t be the same without our Christmas jumpers, have a look at our LinkedIn page for latest photos.
Sticking with the firm’s traditions, this week we had our festive lunch which allows us all to talk about the year, plans for next year, share some lovely food (sometimes our eyes are bigger than our belly!), play some festive games, not forgetting the little visit we have from Santa who may even have some gifts to share with us all…
We would love to hear about your festive celebrations, please do add these onto our latest LinkedIn post.
