Jamie Parsons is a specialist Planning and Infrastruture solicitor with the firm.

Having worked in private practice, the public sector and as a Legal Director for a Land Development Co; I have had the opportunity to experience the legal process and requirements from all sides.

As such, I appreciate the practical issues involved in progressing and completing legal requirements, on development and planning matters. This is reflected in my down to earth and pragmatic approach to legal matters. Such approach often results in a quick outcome enabling the client to progress their business with minimal interruption and delay.

Always available to talk through any issues.

Away from the office I enjoy, clay pigeon shooting, and I am the Chairman of a village shoot. A fan of rugby, supporting the Saints and coaching at Harbury Rugby Club. I can also be heard singing in a local choir – trying not to get too carried away!

Jamie Parsons is a highly experienced and competent planning lawyer and someone I would have no hesitation in recommending. Jamie has worked with us on a number of cases and provided good quality service and come up with a number of practical and innovative solutions to protracted problems.

David Pattison – Director of Legal and Public Health Protection at South Staffordshire Council

The service we receive is second to none, and their insight into the development business added real value and time saving pragmatic solutions. The breadth and depth of Jamie’s knowledge goes beyond the usual advice and added value in areas that only come about because of his commitment in making the relationship one where you can just have a chat about the development, which then reveals solutions to all sorts of issues, not just those limited to the legal field.

Andy Tompkins, Tompkins Construction

Having had several weeks of working with Jamie, he is an excellent solicitor who obviously has a great deal of highway and planning experience and, who, as I am sure you will be pleased to know, is held with very high regard by me and my colleagues.

Clive Wood, Nottingham County Council

A life saver!! Jamie represented us throughout a long and complex land dispute, which I am happy to say, we won, without reaching Court. We won due to Jamie's knowledge and thorough understanding of the law that surrounds such disputes. Jamie was recommended to us by a friend who he had successfully advised on a separate land dispute. Jamie has an unbelievable work ethic, nothing was ever too much trouble and he was more than happy to accommodate "out of hours" contact / assistance. Disputes can be stressful due to the minefield of information required to "fight your corner" - Jamie de-stressed the situation, brought calm and understanding, allowing for clear decisive actions to be taken. He explained the potential risks and rewards of every option, advising us of every possible outcome, so that we fully understood the choices available and any potential consequences. This enabled us to make the right decisions, throughout our dispute, at the right time. This is key to success. We are extremely thankful Jamie.
