• Give practical advice on the acquisition of land for development ensuring any planning is capable of being implemented and there are no problems with access 
  • Deal with all planning agreements including those under Section 106
  • Negotiate infrastructure agreements such as Section 38 and 278 (highways) and Section 104 (sewers)
  • Draft option agreement and conditional contracts
  • Advise where rights are required over third party land (deeds of easement)and rights of way
  • Handle all associated legal formalities such as development contracts, clawback/overage and  promotion agreements
  • Analyse Land Registry issues
  • Full preparation of the plot sale pack to ensure quick and efficient disposals
